SWIMMING POOL PASSES


Swimming pools will open for the 2010 season on:

Listed below are those communities that have swimming facilities or have access to swimming facilities. Information concerning the distribution of pool passes has been mailed via snail mail to all homeowners of record in early April.


*** The following communities have pool pass distribution administered by Vanguard Management. For information on your community pool rules and pass distribution procedures click on the name below to download this information, read all of the information carefully and submit the completed application form by regular U.S. mail or by hand. Fax submissions will not be accepted.

*** The following communities have separate procedures for pool pass administration. Vanguard Management DOES NOT handle the pool passes for these communities. For pool pass contact information for these communities click on name below:

Crawford Farm HOA
Crawford Farm residents have access to the pool of the Northlake Village Federation. Contact Community Associations, Inc. at (301)258-7711 or by mail to P.O. Box 1130 Germantown, Maryland 20875-1130.

Esprit
Esprit residents have access to the pool of the Waters Landing Association. Contact Waters Landing at (301)972-3681.

Milestone II Townhouse Condominium
Milestone II residents have access to the pool of the Milestone Recreation Association. Contact PMP at (301)694-6900.

Tanglewood Homeowners Recr. Assn.
Tanglewood residents do not require pool passes. However, a registration form must be completed and dropped off at the pool facility with proof of residency (driver's license) and all residents of your household must be photographed for the pool entry system. Photographs will be taken at the pool on:

Taskers Chance
Taskers Chance volunteers handle the distribution of electronic/photo passes. Residents require pool passes. If you received an electronic pool pass last year, you will again use the same pass. If you are a new homeowner, or did not receive a pass last year, you will need to attend one of the following pool pass processing times to receive a pass:

Willows of Potomac
Pool pass distribution is handled by community volunteers. Pool pass information can be found on the Willows of Potomac website www.willowsofpotomac.com.
