Service Details

  • Advise the Board of Directors on all matters related to the community management.

  • Assist in the election or re-election of Board Members.

  • Serve as primary contact for homeowners as well as the Board of Directors.

  • Assist the Board of Directors in creating, updating, enforcing the Rules and Regulations and/or Declaration and By-Laws for your Association.

  • Facilitate move-in and move-out of homeowners.

  • Organize and attend Board meetings along with preparation of official minutes.

  • Provide services related to resale and refinance disclosures (at a cost to the purchaser and/or seller).

  • Visit the property periodically for general building and grounds inspection.

  • Oversee and manage the community's contracted services. Work with service providers to ensure timely completion of service contracts and service requests.

Financial Management Details

  • Collect assessments and enforce any late fees as required by the Association’s governing documents.

  • Review and pay all of your Association’s bills and invoices.

  • Oversee the administration of a collection policy and work with the Board to pursue delinquent accounts in a timely manner.

  • Assist the Board in the preparation of annual budget.

  • Facilitate special assessments in the event of unexpected expenses or reserve replenishment.

  • Work with your insurance carrier and agent to submit any claims for the Association.

  • Upload financial reports and statements to the Association's web portal.

  • Assist in the filing of corporate taxes by compiling and providing complete financial information to the Association’s accountant in order to file annual corporate tax returns (if applicable).
